CHANGE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE
Seeking a Change Management Associate responsible for organizational change management and process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma). You will lead workstreams and projects associated with complex business transformation; perform needs assessment; build change management roadmap; develop and manage implementation of stakeholder engagement, communications and training; utilize change analytics to measure and gauge the effectiveness of strategies; collaborate with data and digital to integrate change plan with the product development and management lifecycle;
Responsibilities include:

You will lead workstreams and projects associated with complex business transformation; perform needs assessment; build change management roadmap; develop and manage implementation of stakeholder engagement, communications and training; utilize change analytics to measure and gauge the effectiveness of strategies; collaborate with data and digital to integrate change plan with the product development and management lifecycle;
Responsibilities include:
- Utilizing a variety of disciplines such as organizational development, project management, process improvement and learning to help team mates accept change.
- The Change Management Associate will partner with Data and Digital product management, engineering and data/analytics teams, leadership, subject matter experts, business support and project managers
- Improve overall outcomes of the transformation by transitioning team mates or customers to perform new behaviors
- Enable adoption of digital technologies to improve business outcomes
- Building awareness of and a desire for committing to change.
- Ensure a positive team mate or customer experience through out the change journey
- Develop and deploy learning solutions to prepare team mates with proper skills and tools to enact change.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Knowledge of Agile project management a plus
- 5+ years experience developing interventions, managing change plans to enable strategic digital solutions across various business functions
- 5+ years experience applying project management principles to track, monitor and report projects against project timeline, milestones
- Utilize analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, MS PPT, Power BI) to deliver assessments and provide data-driven insights.
