Exciting new opportunity an IT Support Analyst.   Work with a leader in the financial services industry to provide excellent technical support services throughout the organization.

  • The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for responding to technical queries and issues, resolving problems in a timely manner, and providing technical recommendations. ... Required Qualifications :




  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email as appropriate.

  • Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

  • Perform user administration duties.


Desired Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.

  • Three years' work experience as an IT or Desktop Support Technician.

  • Familiarity with networking systems and protocols.

  • Knowledge of remote desktop support systems including TeamViewer.

  • Skills: Windows / OSX, TCP/IP, VPN, 802.1X, Work, Excel, Outlood, Teams
