HELP DESK SPECIALIST


 

Exciting new opportunity to work with an engineering firm specializing in the Chemical, Oil and Gas industries.   We are seeking a Technical Support / Help Desk Specialist to work on site to provide the highest level of customer service for IT service calls.

 

responsibilities include:


  • Diagnose, Troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents

  • Manage request for  IT related service calls

  • Provide hands on assistance to users/clients

  • Experience in a technical customer service role

  • Technical troubleshooting of a wide range of Windows desktop and infrastructure systems

  • Knowledgeable with a Help desk ticket tracking system such as ServiceNow (SNOW)


 
Required Qualifications :

  • Experience troubleshooting and repair of laptops, desktops, etc.

  • Strong Windows background

  • Knowledge of imaging computers
