Seeking Infrastructure Project Manager preferably with * previous WAN upgrade projects and experience with working with carriers (ATT, Verizon) highly desirable. ***

The Infrastructure Project Manager will manage the Boost program which is a WAN upgrade effort across 1300 locations. The project is currently over 50% complete and the PM will be responsible for seeing the project to completion and leading the 3 project delivery engineers as well as working with telecommunications providers and creating and presenting project status updates monthly to executive project sponsors. This role will report directly to the Director of Network and Telecommunications with a dotted line to the PMO Director. 

Work Planning:

       Define the structure, scope, and direction of efforts around work plans, schedules, cost

        estimates, resourcing required to successfully deliver the project.

       Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the project

       Design and lead project governance and reporting, in line with governance standards.

       Support the development of project business cases and steward the proposed project

        through governance for sign-off to proceed.

       Manage vendor selection and the negotiation process; approve vendor deliverables and



Project Monitoring and Delivery:

       Direct project delivery through active leadership and involvement to ensure projects meet

         time, cost and quality requirements.

       Maintain hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are completed on-


        Track and manage project progress in terms of scope, timeline and budget.

        Identify and anticipate risks and issues - facilitate resolution, mitigation, and appropriate

         escalation to senior management - including the active maintenance of risk and issue logs

       Lead project governance and reporting, in line with governance standards.

       Monitor and communicate status and progress to stakeholders through status reports,

        updated project plans, financial reports and portfolio management tools. Communicate and

        incorporate feedback from customers.

       Manage suppliers supporting project delivery.

       Provide direction and support to the project team.

       Ensure that project delivery complies with regulations and company policies.
Project Management Office Support:

       Support planning and demand management

       Compile and analyze data for management reporting and metrics

       Work closely with other members of the PMO to create, revise and maintain PMO governance and structure by proactively alignment with best practices and trends



Required Qualifications :

General Requirements

⦁       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other relevant area (or equivalent experience)

⦁       7 years’ experience in IT

⦁       3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager

⦁       Fluency in English. Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.

Knowledge and know-how specific to the position

⦁       Previous experience managing projects involving integrations, infrastructure or complex technical landscapes

⦁       Good knowledge of ITIL.

⦁       Familiar with the latest technologies, trends, standards, products, and applicability

⦁       Ability to build commercial proposals and associated SLAs.

⦁       Technical background, good grasp of IT Infrastructure solutions (Networking, Data/Cloud,
Computing, etc, …).

⦁       Demonstrated experience in hands-on project management skills, methods and techniques (planning, scheduling, financial modeling, reporting, project control procedures, etc.).

⦁       Advanced proficiency in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) as well as Microsoft Excel.

⦁       Experience with ITSM, preferably ServiceNow

         implementing service delivery metrics and reporting capabilities

⦁       Flexibility to accommodate financial planning, reporting, and monthly close deadlines.
