Site Acquisition Specialist
Seeking a Permitting Specialist to work with a leader in the telecom industry responsible for obtaining all required entitlement approvals. Provide timely updates and communicate jurisdictional permitting and zoning solutions to customers.
- Submit and acquire entitlements, approvals and agreements as required from jurisdictions to install facilities in the public right of way and on private property.
- Forecasting and milestone task completion
- Review drawings to be compliant with jurisdiction's standards.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal functional groups to resolve issues, facilitate progress and achieve milestone targets.
- Interface with jurisdictional staff on matters related to applicable laws, codes adn ordinances and communicate and leverage regulatory status in support of deployment objections.
- Provide zoning and permitting updates
Required Qualifications :
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in municipal planning, and /or Land Use capacity or wireless industry
