PLANT MANAGER


We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Plant Manager to oversee manufacturing operations which includes continuous chemical processing. Must have expertise in continuous chemical process environment. The ideal Manager will possess a strong background in plant management and operations management, with a focus on quality control and continuous improvement. This role is critical in ensuring that our production processes run efficiently, safely, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.


Duties



  • Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution.

  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards and customer expectations.

  • Oversee supply chain management to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.

  • Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste throughout the production process.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement in processes and systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production activities, including assembly and fabrication processes.

  • Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to manage materials and resources effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed.


 


Required Qualifications :

 



  • Proven experience in plant management or operations management within a CONTINUOUS CHEMICAL PROCESS manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Continuous chemical processing, quality control processes and lean manufacturing principles.

  • Experience in supply chain management, including inventory control and logistics.

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaboration across departments.

  • A degree in engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
