Hot job opportunity for an experienced EPC Project Manager responsible for managing EPC capital projects in the field.

the EPC Project Manager is responsible for:

  • Managing client expectations while identify and working to mitigate project risks

  • Lead interactive planning sessions to establish the alignment of scope, schedule, budget and quality.

  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.

  • Contract qualified consultants to work on the project as appropriate

  • Regularly update project forecast and manage the project staff to achieve project objectives

  • Schedule, manage and document regular team meetings

  • Primary point of contact for the project team and client

  • Ensure all project meetings are scheduled with client and take place, ensure meeting minutes are completed.

  • Responsible for ensuring positive tea environment and facilitating conflict resolution.

  • Execute the project according to the Project execution plan

  • Monitor project progress; review and analyze the project scope

  • Ensure the quality assurance procedures are followed and completed throughout the execution of the project.

  • Budget management

  • Define project baselines and track project progress

  • Change management, evaluate progress for deviations from the project plan and determine causes of any deviations.

  • Communicate with client regarding any change orders and evaluate the status of the project.

  • Summarizing project status to project stakeholders

  • Manage project resources across multiple projects or project phases

  • Present project information to project team

  • Communicate project status to project team

  • Facilitating project status meetings and communicating project status to key project stakeholders

  • Resolve project issues and manage project risks

  • Manage project budget and project resource allocation

  • Manage project timelines using accepted project management methodology

  • Serve as project lead on projects with multiple project management staff

  • Meet project objectives while managing project hours

  • Validating project budget against estimated project costs

  • Manage project artifacts for the project

  • Prepare project plans, manage and track project execution activities for project teams

  • Achieve project objectives across the project portfolio

  • Monitor project execution/performance, project reporting and project resource allocations

  • Create project briefs and project schedules

  • Support defined project plans and project goals

  • Updating internal project management system

  • Complete project deliverables in accordance with project plan

  • Lead the project team to ensure project objectives

Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering

10+ years of experience in management process
